The Paris show is getting closer and news about new cars that will debut in France are all over the place. One of the new cars that will make its first appearance will be the Citroen Hypnos crossover concept. The Hypnos will be built on a hybrid platform. Citroen says that Hypnos wil be powered by a 200 hp engine that will be able to get 52.3 mpg (4.5 liters/100 km), while CO2 emissions will be just 120 g/km.
