Ferrari California

Though the Ferrari California is scheduled to make its official debut at next week’s Paris Motor Show, the Italian company decided to sell the first unit at a charity auction held in Maranello, Italy and in Santa Monica, California. The winning bid was £282,000 (around $520,000) and the money will go to the After Schools All Stars foundation, which helps under-privileged school children and which was represented by Arnold Schwarzenegger, California’s Governor. The actual price of this car will be half of what it was paid for this first unit.
